Screening of skatole-degrading bacteria and control of human fecal odor by compound bacteria

Abstract Purpose The biodegradation of skatole was used as a starting point in this study, and existing strains degrading NH 3 H 2 S the laboratory were combined to create composite deodorant. deodorization effect deodorant on human feces investigated order provide foundation for fecal odor gas treatment. Methods Skatole-degrading bacteria identified, degradation conditions optimized, metabolites identified using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS). skatole-degrading with make compound deodorizer, deodorizing deodorizer fresh old compared. Liquid chromatography, specific sensors, chromatography determine contents skatole, , S, volatile organic compounds, microbial diversity examined. Lactobacillus rhamnosus Saccharomyces cerevisiae then proportion form 5-day manure group 88.11%, while 47.56%.
